As your broker,  I will guide you every step of the way.   Just because you may be financially eligible for a property, doesn’t mean it’s always a good fit.  I will review your income and monthly expenses, and together, we will determine what is affordable and realistic for your lifestyle.  I will help you make an educated decision and to be prepared moving forward.

 

 

 

 

The location of your home could prove more important than the house itself.  There’s a number of factors to consider when deciding where you want to live.

  • Is the neighborhood accommodating, well-kept and safe?
  • Does the school district offer the quality of education you’re looking for?
  • How close is the property to your place of employment and what does it mean for your commute?
  • Is the property close to family, shopping areas, parks & recreation.. anything you really desire for quality of life?

Keep in mind, you can always re-model and upgrade your home, but you can’t move it.

 

 

 

 

While my pre-approval process is efficient, it is also very thorough.  I will help give you a true understanding of what you will be approved for down to interest rate and monthly mortgage payment.  I do not issue a pre-approval without taking the necessary time and care to evaluate your position as a borrower and finding the best possible situation for you among over 20 different lenders my company works with.  You will be prepared with a thorough understanding of your mortgage terms including closing costs and the process as a whole.

 

 

 

Whether you have a preferred Realtor for me to coordinate with or if you wish to get in contact with one of my trusted partners, your next step will be finding the perfect home.  I make myself extremely available to everyone in the process from the Realtor to the Attorney and anyone else involved along the way.  It’s a team effort to purchase a new home.  When you find your home, I will assist your Realtor in providing an appropriate pre-approval for your desired offer after researching all pertinent information such as any monthly fees, taxes, etc. that may be included with the home you’re interested in.  This way, the seller will take your offer seriously and understand the proper research has been done to back it up.  It’s my goal to be a key component in moving forward as efficiently as possible.  When you enter into contract on your home, I will coordinate with all parties to make sure we set realistic deadlines to coordinate with the mortgage process so we can be as prepared as possible.

 

 

 

 

When we set your closing date, I make sure to cover all of our bases to be prepared to meet that deadline.  There are a number of parties involved with the home purchase process, so I do all of my work in advance and coordinate ahead of time to account for any unforeseen delays that may occur.   You will be well-equipped with the understanding of your mortgage before you even approach the closing table.  I make sure my clients are knowledgeable of their mortgage and make the process absolutely transparent for their peace of mind.
